My parents don't let me watch anything on tv?

I'm in high school and I'm going to grade 11 and they don't allow mme
to watch any shows. I don't even watch that much tv (only on the
weekends and during summer) but when I do the only channel they allow
me to watch is disney channel and stuff like that. What can I do to
make them let me watch other shows.
