Can anyone think of this movie please?

I think it came out in the 80's,it was about a group of kids who
always got in trouble and most of the boys were sent to a boys camp
for troubled teens,i have been trying to remember someone who played
in the movie but still can't,but i remember the kids were probably
between 12 an 18 yrs old.thanx!
