And most importantly off, he appears like the romance child of Luis Guzman along with a flying elephant. » Captain Panaka: It's really no easy task protecting the Full of Naboo from waves of fight droids sent through the Trade Federation. But Panaka handles to complete the unthinkable, remaining very calm and collected the whole time. Captain Panaka is really a indigenous to Naboo and mind from the Royal Naboo Security Forces.
