Global 'Boss' involves TLC, OWN

TLC and OWN are becoming global types of "Undercover Boss" for his or her particular nets. The reality skein which has been successful for CBS will probably be moving for the cable side just like a spinoff series titled "Undercover Boss: Abroad," using footage within the U.K. and Australia.
