James Murdoch Out As News International Chief

NY, NY February 29, 2012 News Corporation today announced that, following hisrelocation to the Companys headquarters in NY, James Murdoch, Deputy ChiefOperating Officer, has relinquished his position as Executive Chairman of NewsInternational, its UK publishing unit. Tom Mockridge, Chief Executive Officer of News International, will continue in his post and will report to News Corporation President andCOO Chase Carey.
